About two weeks before the wedding, we will share a booking reference code with you. Upon arrival, simply present this code and let the hotel know you are part of the wedding group booking. Our team will also be on standby to assist if needed.

We kindly invite you to dress in sage, maroon, beige, brown, or black. Formal attire is most welcome.

You’re welcome to change into a different outfit for the vow ceremony. As it will be held outdoors, we recommend something light and breathable. A dress for ladies and a shirt for gentlemen would be perfect. Try to show up in white or beige color!

   For the vow ceremony, we recommend arriving at 3:30 PM (latest by 3:45 PM).
    For the wedding dinner, we recommend arriving at 6:00 PM (latest by 6:15 PM).
We would love to have a little time to take photos with you before the celebration begins.

Seating will be thoughtfully assigned. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Level 2 Ballroom to register and receive your table number.

The hotel is located beside the iconic Hanoi West Lake, a lovely spot for a stroll and a glimpse into local life. The Old Quarter is just a short 5–7 minute ride away, perfect for exploring and shopping.

Day 1 – Arrival & Exploring the City (5 June)
Morning – Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (~35–45mins to the hotel)
12:00 PM – Lunch at a local spot
2:00 PM – Hotel check-in (early check-in requested, subject to availability — kindly check upon arrival)
3:00 PM – Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and explore the Old Quarter
4:00 PM – Shopping along Hue Street & & Ba Trieu Street
(for ladies) or enjoy a city ride on a double-decker bus (for gentlemen)
6:00 PM – Dinner at Quan An Ngon
8:00 PM – Relax with a massage or spa
9:00 PM – Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum to catch the flag-lowering ceremony (lasts 5–10 minutes, do arrive on time)
9:30 PM – Visit Railway Tuan Café (please stay safe lol)

Day 2 – Wedding Day (6 June)
8:00 AM – Breakfast & coffee (a bowl of pho is highly recommended)
10:00 AM – Explore the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long OR the Temple of Literature
12:00 PM – Lunch
2:00 PM – Enjoy coconut coffee at Cong Café 
3:00 PM – Return to the hotel; rest & freshen up
3:30 PM – Proceed to Level 19 for the Vow Ceremony
5:00 PM – Ceremony ends; return to room to rest and change for the evening
6:00 PM – Head to Level 2 Ballroom; enjoy canapés and photos at the photobooth 
6:30 PM – Wedding dinner begins
8:30 PM – End of banquet
10:00 PM – Optional After party at Hanoi’s ”superclub”
Alternatively, enjoy a quiet stroll around West Lake or a late-night ice cream
